Coexistence on board

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009
It is true that a living so close for a while even cause misunderstanding and friction between the best friends, so you have to make a genuine effort of friendship, collaboration and communication. It is important to order, each crew stow their personal belongings in his cabin, keeping the cleared areas.
Is needed to navigate the boat “are of the sea.” We must put everything in place to prevent falls and fractures. Even with good sea in the wake of a boat can cause an unexpected roll.
Sailing is not a high risk activity, but we must take certain steps to prevent injuries. To get around deck is always advisable to bring a shoe to protect themselves from beating (the bottom should not stain). We always move slowly on the deck. It is welcome aid in maneuvers, knowing that the intensity of the wind becomes very strong in the ropes and we must know how to work (follow the instructions of the employer).
You have to be restraint in consumption of fresh water. A sailboat can not take a great deal and is best consumed in moderation than having to return to port for filling the tanks. Anchor or sailing we cherish the power consumption. Boat batteries have a limited capacity and total discharge would be unable to start the engine.
The W.C. works by pumping sea water through a system of valves. You can not throw any kind of paper because it is blocked. As a general rule we should not throw anything that has not gone through the stomach. Standard is tied to use the services of the port.
Deck must comply with an order. Anything that let forgotten Deck: phone, glasses, etc … sooner rather than later will end up wet, or stomp falling overboard. When one really appreciates deck entries is in port. It is recommended that everything that can hinder and save time within the ship. Prepared well in advance of the mooring lines and fenders follow the instructions of the employer. Maneuvering in port are sometimes sensitive and require attention. Must be taken into account to be alert and react quickly, for example, putting defenses in place quickly to avoid friction with the dock or another boat. To weigh anchor and the anchor to be careful with the chain, to adhere strictly to the indications of the pattern.

NOTES:
Bring many copies of all in Master of Finance or the CCAA, nobody will make in the case of Barcelona and many other ports, Capitania is far from everything, and it’s hard to go back to back.
For submission of application for Airworthiness Certificate, if done on the same day, have not yet been entered into the data system of the new owner, so you must add a third copy of CV
Finance is important in the transition from cash back transmissions, if you go with contracts CV to Capitania unsealed, you have to go back.
If you live outside the community where it is purchased and transferred to the vessel must return to pay tax on your return to CCAA and handle captaincy.
By law, the government can not ask a copy of the original that they have delivered, or have access by computer, but (as an officer) I do not get cool here, because you have to lose, will expand the process (unless you have a long time).
Capitania forwards the documents to the address of the applicant.
If the process is done by a person other than buyer or seller, original authorization to add that person, clearly indicating the names and DNIs person authorizing
The boat is 9m., Ready 7th, navigation area 4 (12 miles), Spanish flag. Any other variable (greater length, ready 6th, more remote area, change flag), may have other requirements.
